Our Recruitment Process
Pre-Screening
Your application will be reviewed by a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) and assessed based on the position requirements and your submitted profile. If your application is selected, the TABP will be in touch with you to arrange a telephone or online interview.
If your application is not selected, you will receive an email notifying you of this status. Know that we still appreciate your interest in working for WuXi Biologics and that we respect the time you took to apply. Your resume will remain in our database for 1 year, in case it matches other opportunities in the future. However, for the greatest chances of success we recommend that you submit a separate application for each role you are interested in. You can always request us to have your personal information removed by sending an email request to TalentAcquisition@wuxibiologics.com

Online Interview - TABP & HM
Your first interview will be with the TABP responsible for the position you applied for. During this online interview, we discuss your background and experience relevant to the job you applied for and get a better understanding of your short and long term career interests. We are also happy to share information with you about the company.
Should you be selected for the next stage of the recruitment process, we will arrange an online interview with you and the Hiring Manager (HM), during which more in-depth technical questions will be asked.
Face-to-Face Interview
If selected for a face-to-face interview, you will meet with the HM and some members of his or her team and potentially some direct stakeholders of the position you applied for. The exact number of interviews and who you'll meet with may vary by role.
We always aim to be respectful of your valuable time, while also ensuring proper due diligence is possible for both parties.
After your final round of interviews, there is a short internal debrief meeting held between all interviewers and the TABP. This is to ensure that all evaluations and experiences are heard before making the final decision. The decision is then shared with you as soon as possible.
Offer
If you are selected, TABP will contact you to discuss the terms of your job offer and a potential start date. After this verbal discussion, you will then receive written documentation that includes complete details of your job offer and instructions to confirm your acceptance. TABP will be available to answer any questions or further requests you may have to finalise the recruitment process and plan for your start.
If you're not selected, TABP will share this information with you as a professional courtesy and in acknowledgement of your time and interest in WuXi Biologics. We will keep your resume in our database in case it matches other opportunities in the future. You can always request your personal information to be removed from our database by sending an email request to TalentAcquisition@wuxibiologics.com
